Sign up on the Apex Pulse patient portal. Your account is protected by multi-factor authentication and never shares credentials with third-party apps.

Verify your identity and receive a GPID
Complete identity verification to receive your Global Patient ID (APX-XXXXXXXX). Your GPID links your records across every connected provider while keeping you in control.

Connect your providers
Search for your care providers and authorize record retrieval. Records flow through standards-based FHIR exchange — you see exactly which organization supplied each document.

Upload and share records
Upload existing documents (visit summaries, imaging, lab results) and grant time-limited, scope-limited sharing to providers, caregivers, or apps. You can revoke access at any time.

Explore clinical trials
Opt in to trial matching to see studies you may qualify for. Matching runs on your consented data only, and researchers never see your identity until you choose to enroll.
